Land Development Challenge Announced

I just got back last night from the 4 Day Commercial Real Estate Investing Workshop in Denver, CO and I can not believe how incredible life is right now. The entire four days I felt like I had tremendous opportunities to connect with other people in the Mentor Family and I because of some things that happened, my life will never be the same. (more on this later)

I'm going to take some time to play lacrosse with my son today and rest a bit, but I'm chomping at the bit to get this challenge off the ground. Here it is:

“Give me a team of people that want to go after their dreams –

Within 90 days they’ll have a land development deal under contract

And within 180 days the project will be fully underway.

By the time the team has experienced the ride of taking successful land development deals from start to finish, they will be fully empowered to confidently put together deals on their own and they will have made at least $1 Million dollars in profits.”

Drop in Real Estate Market Causes Former Auto Mechanic to Challenge Donald Trump

 

    ANNAPOLIS, Md., Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- All across the country home
owners and real estate investors are worried sick about falling home
